Politics of Religion

Violence, killing, inhuman activities, etc are gradually becoming the culture of the world, yet, Christians, who are mainly at the receiving end do not understand what is happening. We pray and stare at the heavens, lacking courage to act, while evil thrive. Evil now reign over good, because evil men and women are making their moves, the best they know how. They are the majority in the helm of affairs, of most national and international institutions, and when inhuman activities take place, they either keep quiet or use their language of confusion to distract the clueless good people; after all, they are in the majority and majority carries the vote. They stylishly play their politics of religion and increase in their number while they make others, mostly Christians to believe that religion should not be brought into politics or governance - practice of secularism.

Christians are clueless, careless, nonchalant and ignorant of so many important things. Majority of us do not seem to read and understand the times to know what to do. We always pray and wait on God to fight for us when actually He kept us here to do the fighting. The beasts in human form seem to be the ones obeying the command of God, which is for His children to occupy, dominate, subdue and replenish the earth. They increase in number to suppress and silence the good. God understands the weapon of the majority, that is why He commanded us to replenish the earth, but as it stands, the beasts in human form have keyed into it-their own way.

Many Christians refer to late Archbishop Idahosa who once battled with witches and wizards when they want to converge in Benin City for their international conference. It was told that late Archbishop Idahosa went on air and announced that the witches conference will not hold in Benin Nigeria, that was after the witches have made their announcement. When the witches threatened that God Himself cannot stop them, Archbishop Idahosa told them that God doesn’t need to come down to stop them when he is there for that purpose. Has practical Christianity gone with the likes of late Archbishop Idahosa? If he had locked himself indoors, doing only praying and fasting, what would have happened?

Christians have programmed their mentality like: ‘God will fight for us and we will hold our peace’, unable to differentiate between “God’s fight” and “our fight”. We have suddenly lost our courage and are gradually losing our voice in the national and world events, even when someone who understands rises among us to speak up and act, some of us will be among the first to attack such a person; probably to gain or maintain social status, that we eventually loose in the process. This act of cowardice has over the years robbed us of our pride and rights as Christians; the pride and right that the saints before us gave up their lives to preserve.

President Trump is one man that I admire so much, even though I don’t know him in person. Like every other public figure, I have come to know his personality from the news about him, his activities, speeches, words, political meddlings, etc. CNN and Democrats may project him as a racist and as a rude president, which from all indication, is a fact, but is that really the much they see in him?

When I watch President Trump in action, I see a courageous Christian President bold enough to defend his faith amidst all odds; the same way non Christians in positions of power do with their faith. While most leaders of other faith use their position of authority to suppress good and oppose Christianity, President Trump saw his presidential office as a position of responsibility. He does his job and defends his faith without destroying or seeking to destroy any one. His racist and rude nature is for defense – only haters of his personality might be consumed by that.

President Trump is a president and person that should be encouraged. I am happy someone thought of bringing out the qualities in President Trump that so many people pretend not to see. Here are some facts about President Trump noted by an undisclosed pastor.

1. Donald Trump self-sponsored himself throughout the campaign and election... the very first politician to have done that in the history of USA politics.

2. In other words... there are no SPECIAL INTEREST...GROUPS OR CULT that co-sponsored his election 

3. Almost every Presidential candidate before his foray into the Presidential position solicited for his funds which he generously gave.

4. In his adolescence, he showed aggression to ladies due to wealth and immaturity.

5. Nonetheless ...the 45th President of the USA, Donald Trump is a complete "teetotaller"; he's a disciplinarian as none of his children drinks, smokes or has a dot of tattoo on their skin, same as Trump!

I repeat $1 dollar because refusing to earn his income is a violation of the constitution; so he deliberately earns a dollar and donates his remaining $399 thousand not millions but $399 thousand dollars to charity every month, which means he will be TAX-FREE throughout his term as PRESIDENT OF THE USA. No American President has ever done it!!

8. It was accurately predicted that he would win the Presidency as far back as almost a decade ago.

9. He's extremely versatile in almost every subject but also a perfectionist.

10. He believes ABSOLUTELY in the HOLY CREED! He's anti-gay, anti-bestial, name it! That was why he couldn't keep a mistress, it's divorce and remarriage! 

11. He has abrogated the Lindford Johnson law preventing Christian Organizations from ever campaigning for any candidate!

12. He has also removed and uprooted from the USA Whitehouse Website anything related to gay or bestiality.

13. He picked a hardline "born again" as Vice-President.

14. Because of his hatred for early termination of pregnancies! He believes abortion is death to a living human being and thus the USA policy by Obama to have your abortions done outside the soil of USA AND PAID BY THE USA was totally abolished by TRUMP!!

15. ISIS flourished under Obama's reign, Christians were slaughtered mercilessly all over the world, but under TRUMP, within a year (actually 10 months), ISIS now decimated in IRAQ and about to be annihilated in Syria but for the Russians! 

16. Obama insisted that aid or military support will only suffice "if and only if" African Countries abolished anti GAY LAWS; conclusively, OBAMA DID NOTHING FOR AFRICA, nothing, NADA!! TRUMP has already donated warships to Nigeria and weapons to eliminate all forms of threats to sovereignty of Nigeria ...under 10 months and about to assist in the repatriation of stolen funds from US Soil! 

17. He's deeply at loggerheads with Angela Merkel, the German Chancellor for the policy of admitting 1 million refugees from the Middle East and as far as he's concerned, GERMANY IS ENCOURAGING TERRORISM by allowing a safe-haven for terrorists! This has made Merkel to soft-pedal! He personally went to the Middle-East to warn them that killing of Christians will not be tolerated and this as a fact has made Egypt to take threats to the Christians & native Coptics in Egypt to be protected. 

18. The backlash has exposed Qatar as a terrorist state sponsor which has imposed AIR...SEA and several bans on the sovereign state.

19. The economy of the USA especially the STOCK MARKET came to its peak from the moment TRUMP was sworn in as President and constantly closes its daily trades in TRILLIONS OF DOLLARS!!! Never in the history of USA has that been achieved. 

20. No special interest or group can do anything to him; that is why he TALKS ANYHOW TO ANYBODY OR GROUP!! He's not tied to any financial group which makes him call a SPADE THAT SPADE!!!

21. No one is doing anything or even protecting Christians in the U.K except TRUMP!!

22. No one is protecting Christians in any other country in the world except TRUMP! You tamper or touch a Christian anywhere in the world ...YOU HAVE TOUCHED TRUMP and you will soon face DECIMATION as he has a WARMONGER called GENERAL "MAD DOG" ...WAR MONK JAMES MATTIS as his Defense Chief!

23. A Christian Organization have  been going through persecution in UK for months and UK did nothing, as many MAYORS in probe areas are MUSLIMS. They sent a video to TRUMP as it's a fact THAT AMERICA NOW HAS A MAN OF GOD IN THE WHITE HOUSE CALLED TRUMP!!!

We (Christians in the UK) now feel SO RE-ASSURED that there's a CRUSADER OF THE HOLY CROSS AND CREED designed and organized by the HOLY ONE sent to do one thing ...PROTECT AND PRESERVE THE TENETS OF HIS CREED and HIS PEOPLE; otherwise Christians and other minority faiths would have been annihilated

26. I was in USA recently and it's no secret blacklisted Muslim individuals were thoroughly searched and questioned, like any other on red alert  Border control HAS to be beefed up.

27. He called the government of Nigeria animals and showed the brutal killing of his people by Fulani Jihadists. Kidnapping schoolgirls seems to be normal. 

He said, even animals protect their kinds, yet the Nigerian government can't protect her citizens.

CONCLUSION: TRUMP IS GOD- SENT TO PROTECT AMERICAN PEOPLE & CHRISTIANS IN AMERICA AND ALL OVER THE WORLD!!

It’s time for Christians to crawl out of their shells and hiding places, take over their positions in society, increase in their numbers and speak up to silence evil. This is not time for “it doesn’t matter, I don’t care, it’s not my business, etc. I am sure those are familiar contents in our thoughts and everyday words, as things happen around us. Those common thoughts and words from good people are the reason why we experience all sorts of evil in our society today. The few of us still retaining our good must have to open our eyes to understand what is going on; they need to matter to us, we need to care and they must be our business. Lets shun ignorance and start acting, lest, we will all be consumed by the wave of evil before we know it.

GIVING TO GOD: A MESSED UP TRUTH

A friend of mine invited me to their church, which is among the chief Pentecostal Churches in Nigeria, and which also belong to Orthodox grouping; hence, not one of those churches referred to as prayer houses. According to my friend, they have a special programme that very Sunday and I did honour the invitation. After the worship and other activities, the man of God of the Church rose to introduce the guest preacher who he said is still undergoing training in a theology college to become a full time priest but carries great anointing. The guest preacher came to the podium and started preaching. As he preached, members cheered and hailed him to encourage him to speak on, because his message, I can say, is really powerful, compelling and persuading. It was really an exciting moment for every member of the church. The look on their faces is enough to tell that they really are having a wonderful moment in God’s presence.

I was also really moved by that powerful message from their guest preacher; particularly when he said “If the money you have at the moment is not enough to solve your many problems, sow it as a seed and see how God will embarrass you financially”. Another one that pulled my leg is when he said, “Believe in the Prophet of God and you shall prosper (2Chronicles 20:20)”. After his message, he made an altar call for those who are led to sow seed and many people started moving to the altar. I wanted to make a move but somehow, I started arguing with my conscience and thereafter, I remembered the argument I had with a friend about giving to God. Then I stubbornly sat down. On the other hand, my friend got up to go and I held her cloth but she jerked off my hand and left hurriedly to the altar. Before the end of service that day, the host man of God instructed that offering basket be brought out so that collection be made for the servant of God who God has used to bless His people. According to him, the guest preacher needs money to pay his school fees to enable him complete his studies in theology college.  I learnt so many lessons that day but no one to share with because I felt as usual, no one will see reasons with me.

One month after the altar call experience, the same friend of mine came to me to share a financial burden. She said that her mother is seriously sick and that a deposit of One Hundred and Fifty Thousand Naira is needed to commence treatment and that she has only Thirty Thousand Naira in her account. I was so shocked that I didn’t know when I asked her “What have you been doing with your money”. She looked so helpless and left in utter disappointment and I followed her. I kept giving her suggestions of who to meet and ask for the money or borrow the money from but she said she has tried them all to no avail. Then I suggested her church. I told her to go and meet her pastor; since she is an usher and a group leader, they should be able to assist her. At that point, she broke down and started crying and I became embarrassed and asked myself, have I made a sarcastic suggestion? Since I only wanted to help, I tried to cheer her up. Then she opened up and started telling me what is eating her up; and what was that?

She told me that the day I followed her to her church, she was moved to make a vow and that later on, she emptied her account of Three Hundred Thousand Naira and gave to her pastor in response to what the guest preacher said that day. She said that presently she needs to renew her rent, buy a laptop, complete her master’s degree school fees, etc. and that the money she has is not enough. Hence she sacrificed the much she had, trusting God to embarrass her financially. The worst is that she said she has also gone to see her pastor and this is their pastor’s response, “What do you want me to do? I don’t have money. Do you want to take back what you have given to God? Do you think money falls from the sky? And bla bla bla”. Even when she pleaded for the pastor to lend her the money, for her to pay back at a later date, he directed her to meet some members of the church to document her request for approval.  And after all said and done, they were only able to lend her Fifty Thousand Naira, which she is expected to pay back. I was really angry when she finished that I dragged her with me to go see their pastor but she told me it is of no use, as we are not going to fight him. She blamed God for abandoning her. She blamed people around her for not lending money to her. But I asked myself, who is to be blamed? God did not tell her to empty her bank account, neither did anybody around her. I simply told her to learn her lessons, as experience is always the best teacher.

When will Christians learn to use the sense that God has given them? Is it not time to read the handwriting on the wall and understand that times and seasons have changed? When are Christians going to understand the signs of the times like men of Issachar to do the right thing suitable for the season? It is not wrong to give to God but such giving should be channeled properly. During the times which were recorded in the bible, prophets then sacrificed for the poor and needy. They toiled to alleviate the problems of the helpless. People believed in them then and they never failed to proffer solution. When they ask anything from anybody, they do so with good motives, leaving people who were good to them better than they met them.

But today, the story has changed. Men of God these days are after expensive cars, flying abroad and acquiring jet. Their messages are coated to attract riches to them so that they can compete and prove to others that God is on their side. Building cathedrals and acquiring expensive cars and jets have become evidence of God’s presence in their ministries. It doesn’t matter if their members who are sowing into their lives are experiencing God’s goodness or not. They have turned the building called churches to Ponzi offices. They have messed up the Word of God on giving.

God is more concerned about those He created in His own image and likeness than cathedrals and other material things. Common sense should tell Christians that when a man of God becomes more interested in material things than his members who are God’s mobile altar and the main temple of God, then that man of God has deviated. Is it not written that we should seek first the kingdom of God and all its righteousness and every other thing shall be added? God is more honoured if I help any needy person around me to realize his or her dreams than give to a man of God whose desire is to entertain his selfish interests. There is no difference between circular leaders and church leaders anymore. If the men of God who are to bring God’s judgment upon the evil politicians in Africa have also become crooks, who will call the evil politicians to order?

Why is it that the so called men of God pray these days without effect? I have even observed those who frequent prayer houses and found out that they get worse every day, when actually they are supposed to be better off, yet they give their fortunes to receive prayer and prophecies. It’s time for Christians to reason and break free from religious bondage. These men and women of God waste their member’s money printing posters and fliers for their selfish programmes that are meant to protect themselves and gather more offerings, and they make such programmes sound like God will come down from heaven, yet, after such programmes, there is nothing to show for the money spent to host it. It’s time to think. How many of such programmes have we attended these days and see the blind, deaf, lame, dumb, etc all receive their healing? 

On the other hand, they turn blind eye to the financial needs of their members. Even social gatherings these days tend to be more considerate because they meet the need of their members from their contributions. If a man of God cannot listen to and meet the need of those who contribute to the growth of the church from church money, or even use the same persuasive manner in which they attract favour to themselves to ask church members to contribute to help one of their active members, then, I advice church members to start sowing their seed in the lives of the needy people around them because our God is more interested in their souls. Be wise!
