How can a Cemetery be Developed?

The statement in the above post that has been in circulation via social media may not have been said by Russian President, Vladimir Putin or reported by Al jazeera; but it is an undeniable fact about Africa.

Some hoodlums who lobbied their way into politics and leadership of African nations have turned Africa to a ghost land, and gradually, well meaning Africans who cannot beat them started dancing to their tunes.

Africans so much love everything about the whites – their goods and services, even the words from their mouth, whether good or bad, that they spend no time to see the rich content of Africa. These hoodlums exploit Africa and Africans to enrich other continents of the world, and yet, they feel so proud of their foolish achievements.

I don’t blame the whites for seeing Africa as a home that needs their charity. Africans boost the economy of the whites by hiding stolen money in foreign banks, by their high dependency and patronage of foreign goods and services; so, the best way other continents can say ‘thank you’ to Africans is through aids and charity. At least they are not ungrateful; they are highly appreciative of the foolishness of Africans.

The question now is: How long shall Africa remain a cemetery for Africans?

Our attention was drawn to a certain video shared on Facebook by one Jefferson Uwoghiren, of a sermon preached by a female pastor to a couple at their church wedding recently. It read: “Regular sex is another thing that is going to build your home, as from today, I don’t want to hear I am tired. For the next one month you should be firing every day. Look here my sister, after food for a man is sex. I am telling you the reality. I think he has paid your bride price, he is the owner of your body, and everything from your head to toe belongs to this man. So anytime he wants to browse, you have to open the computer”.

We believe that there is need to study the bible and interpret it as it is, and stop confusing couples. Wrong interpretations and teachings have done more harm and no good to humans. Women are meant to submit to their husbands, no doubt about that; but it doesn’t mean they should subject themselves to sex when they are sick or when they are tired and don’t feel like it.

Humans are quick to interpret things the way it will favour them. Humans are naturally selfish, so when teaching, talking and preaching about sensitive topics or issues, there is need for detailed explanation for clarity.

Women are no sex dolls simply because there is a price tag hanging over their heads. They are not machines to be used at will, even machines do show signs of weakness when they require maintenance.
